Question How do i go about turning off the API

I wish to remove the API, as I believe that it is causing lag for a server i want to put up. (not being able to open chests, ride dinos, ping of 223)

It is not the API probably, it must be some plugin.

But to remove just delete version.dll and version.pdb from the win64 folder
