Im guessing i shouldnt include the server with the plugin on it in the config to avoid duplicate messages in the chat on that server. is this correct or not?

on our server we have an issue, we can;t send any messages with RCON while using cross server chat. I may be totally wrong and maybe some other mods interfere, but could you look into it ?

All servers need to be in the list, and the plugin installed on all servers with the same config on each server.

Has anyone ever figured out how to get rid of the comma at the end of a message when using RichColor for server names?

RichColor in general seems to have issues, reds show as pinks, etc. :cry: Still would prefer to keep it, it's just that damn comma lol.

Since updating the API to 3.2 our logs now show this error on all servers in our cluster:

08/03/19 20:38 [RconCrossServerChat][error] Config Read Error: Unknown exception
08/03/19 20:38 [RconCrossServerChat][error] Plugin Disabled please add a CrossChatKey
08/03/19 20:38 [API][info] Loaded plugin RconCrossServerChat V1.7 (Cross Server chat using RCON)

Double checked our configs and nothing has changed and the CrossChatKey is defined and json validates.

The chat key must be set with a key code?
Example è = 59
Am I right?
I've followed the instructions but still I can't make it work on my 4 cluster servers.

Ok so I got issue where my servers randomly crashed when someone writes. I tested without plugin and there were no crashes. Installed it and got crashes again.
Had 2 month without plugin and got 0 crashes. Yesterday I saw ArkApi updated so decided to install it again hoping it works now but right nowoneof my servers is down again :(
Try to find reason. I am ready to buy payed version but I am afraid of those crashes there.... :(
PS I have no logs when crashed ((

I believe this mod is abandon as it no longer works no matter what settings I use, and based on the chat other seem to struggle as well. I get no errors my log says "rcon server added" it just simply does not relay chat.

Does the Cross Server Key need to be your RCON password? I get no errors with:

Code:
{
    "CrossChatKey":"KingKeezy",
    "CrossChatMapNameInclude":true,
    "RconServers":[
    "127.0.0.1:32330",
    "127.0.0.1:32331",
    "127.0.0.1:32332"
    ],
    "CrossChatMapNameOverride":"",
    "Async":true
}
However the messages arent sent to the other servers...

They are the same across all three of them.
Just cant seem to figure out why its not working, I know its something that i probably need to do but cant put my finger on it.

127.0.0.1 is this youre IPv4 Address?

"127.0.0.1:32330",
"127.0.0.1:32331",
"127.0.0.1:32332"

You should put on these youre IPv4

And 32330 32331 32332 do you use these ports for youre server?
