I got it to work finally!!!!
And it is great!
All I did is changed config file to utf-8 charset. IDK why it was ansi and ark didnt like that
IP is by default 127.0.0.1

does not work, cant get it to work on any of my servers with any ip or port

Super Plguin! Nur leider werden Admins nicht angezeigt... Wenn ich auf Server A was schreiben dann kommt es auch bei B an aber ohne den Admin Stern...

Well done, @OwnProx is a mod god. This mod fixed all my issues with previous versions. RCON is fully functional again, AND RCON chat messages no longer get duplicated to all servers (scripts).
